Halloween will soon be here….

Well I mailed off my Halloween cards this week (so happy to get that done).  I was especially pleased with how they turned out this year.  I used a variety of products  from Stampin Up!, Ranger, Stamper’s Anonymous and of course Tim Holtz.  Some of the DSP was purchased at my local papercrafting store.

I could not decide which stamps  from Tim Holtz, I liked better.  So I pretty much used them all.  These cards were made with the “Monsters”, ” and “Haunted House” stamp sets. I used a variety of Distress Inks for my backgrounds.

And how about the greeting on the” pumpkinhead ” card?  That Halloween stamp got a work out.  I used it on most of the insides of my cards.   Please feel free to email me if you have any questions about what products I used.

Thank you for stopping by and have a Happy and Safe Halloween!!

See you soon!

Witchy Greetings!!

I love the new Witches’ Night stamp set in the Stampin’ Up! 2015 Holiday catalog. I was  pleasantly surprised when I saw how big the actual stamps are.

Here is one of the first cards I made using it:

I’m thinking it would also make a great Party invitation.

Halloween Happenings

I usually start decorating for Halloween starting October 1st. But this year I started a little early.

Chloe and I started putting up my Dept. 56 Halloween Village. She had a good time setting up the “spooky trees”.  I hope to get more done over the weekend.

In that same spirit, how do you like the new Stampin’ Up! Witching Decor Project kit?

I had a fun time putting it all together and just love how it turned out!

There is so much in the kit that I have plenty of left overs to make either a banner or a few Halloween cards.

Thanks for stopping by and look for more ghostly treats.
